CVR is committed to young people thus, we believe that good tradesmen are made at a young age.
For the past 20 years CVR has kept the values of the “Old Apprenticeship” and has trained young people from school, through to Engineer and then on to Technician.
This will continue over the coming years.
On the job training, along with a recognised City & Guilds qualification, we feel, is the best way of making a great engineer better.
